How It Works
Is this really free? +
Yes, 100% free. Settlements are funded by the companies being sued, not you. You never pay anything to file a claim.
Do I need a lawyer? +
No. These cases are already settled. All you do is fill out a short claim form online. Takes about 2 minutes. No legal action on your part.
How much money can I get? +
Depends on the settlement. Some pay $5 to $50 with no proof needed. Others pay $1,000 to $15,000 if you have receipts or account records. We list the estimated payout on each card.
What's the catch? +
No catch. Companies are legally required to set aside money for affected customers. If people don't file, that money goes unclaimed. You're just collecting what you're owed.
How long until I get paid? +
Most settlements pay out 3 to 12 months after the claim deadline closes. You'll receive a check or direct deposit depending on the settlement.
