18 settlements are open right now. No receipt, no invoice, nothing from the mail.
You check a box saying you qualify, type your name and address, and you're done. Most take about two minutes.
The ones with a set amount pay between $2.50 and $1,000. The rest split a fund, so what you land depends on how many people file.
Soonest deadline is October 29.
What Does "No Proof Needed" Mean?
When a class action settlement says "no proof needed" or "no proof of purchase required," it means you don't have to provide receipts, order confirmations, bank statements, or any other documentation to support your claim. You simply fill out the claim form, confirm you meet the eligibility criteria, and submit.
What you are doing instead is signing a declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you bought the product or were affected the way the settlement describes. So only file if you genuinely qualify.
That is the only real barrier. Everything else is your name, your address, and a few minutes.
Why Some Settlements Don't Require Proof
Four reasons come up again and again.
The product was cheap. When something costs a few dollars, courts accept that nobody keeps the receipt.
Everybody bought it. Groceries, personal care, drinks. Demanding proof would shut out most of the class.
They already have the data. In a breach case the company knows exactly who was affected, so there is nothing left for you to prove.
It was negotiated that way. Class attorneys push for no-proof terms because participation is the whole point. More people file, more people get paid.
If you want to understand the full process behind these cases, read our guide on what a class action settlement is.
Current No-Proof Settlements You Can File
All 18 are below, with what each one pays, who qualifies and the deadline.
Laboratory Services Cooperative Data Breach
- How much it pays
- Pro-rata share of whatever is left of the $6.1 million total settlement fund, capped at $1,000 per person.
- Realistically
- This one is pro rata, so what you get depends on how many people file. The $1,000 is a ceiling, not what you should expect.
- How to file
- Your name, contact details, and three yes or no eligibility questions. The Notice ID box says "if known", so you can file with nothing from the mail.
- Deadline
- November 24, 2026
Worth it?YesThe cap is high and the form is three questions plus your contact info, so it's worth the few minutes even though the amount isn't fixed.
Bestway Above-Ground Pools
- How much it pays
- $40 with no receipt at all, one claim per household. With a receipt you can claim 10 percent of what you paid instead.
- Realistically
- The $40 is a flat amount with no receipt, so you know what you're claiming before you start.
- How to file
- Nothing to upload for the $40. If you kept the receipt you can use it to claim 10 percent of the purchase price instead.
- Deadline
- October 30, 2026
Worth it?Yes$40 flat with no receipt for a pool you already own is one of the easiest payouts on this page.
Kroger Prescription Pricing
- How much it pays
- Pro-rata share of $17 million.
- Realistically
- It's pro rata, so the amount comes down to how many people file. There's no published per-person figure.
- How to file
- You pick the band that matches what you spent out of pocket. Claims under $8,000 need no documentation at all.
- Deadline
- December 21, 2026
Worth it?DependsPicking a spending band takes a minute and needs no paperwork, but nobody can tell you the amount until the claims are counted. Want a sure thing instead? Freecash pays a $10 bonus just for signing up.
Pork Price-Fixing Settlements
- How much it pays
- Pro-rata share of $117 million.
- Realistically
- Pro rata with no floor, so what lands depends on how many households file. No per-person number exists.
- How to file
- No receipts required. You attest to what you bought. Check the state list on the claim site before you file.
- Deadline
- October 29, 2026
Worth it?DependsAttesting to grocery purchases is quick, but with a fund split across 24 states plus DC you won't know your share until filing closes. Want a sure thing instead? ReferralWallet has cash bonuses that pay up to $75 each.
High 5 Casino and High 5 Vegas (Washington)
- How much it pays
- Pro-rata share of a total settlement fund of at least $12 million and up to $30 million, paid in over several years, after attorney costs of up to 35% and expenses. No per-person figure has been published.
- Realistically
- Pro rata with no published per-person figure, and the money is paid in over several years, so the timing and the amount are both unknown.
- How to file
- No claim ID field. You list your Player ID if you know it, the platform you played on (Facebook, Apple, Amazon or Google) and the email tied to your account, then sign under penalty of perjury.
- Deadline
- January 4, 2027
Worth it?DependsThe fund is large and the form is short, but with no per-person figure published and payments spread over years you're filing blind. Want a sure thing instead? Pinecone Research pays a $5 bonus when you join.
Dr. Squatch "Natural" Labeling
- How much it pays
- $0.50 per product. With no receipt you can claim up to five products, so $2.50, one claim per household. With receipts you can claim up to 20 more, so $12.50 total.
- Realistically
- These are flat per-product amounts, so $2.50 with no receipt is what it is. The $9 million is the whole fund, not your share, and payment waits on a March 2, 2027 approval hearing.
- How to file
- The official form has an "I do not have a Settlement Claim ID" option, so anyone who bought can file. Receipts only matter if you want to claim past five products.
- Deadline
- November 27, 2026
Worth it?No$2.50 for a few minutes of typing is thin. If you kept receipts and can get to $12.50 it starts making more sense. Our option instead: Bigcash hands you $15 just for signing up.
ConnectOnCall Data Incident
- How much it pays
- Up to $75 with no loss documents, or up to $5,000 with them, and either way two years of medical data monitoring.
- Realistically
- The $75 is a ceiling, and it shrinks pro rata if claims fill the $4.95 million fund, so treat it as an upper bound rather than a promise.
- How to file
- No notice ID needed. The official site has a blank claim form for people who never got one. You attest under penalty of perjury and upload nothing for the $75 option.
- Deadline
- November 2, 2026
Worth it?YesUp to $75 with no documents, plus two years of medical data monitoring, for a form you can finish in minutes.
Forbes.com Website Trackers (California)
- How much it pays
- Pro-rata share of a $10 million total settlement fund.
- Realistically
- Pro rata, so your share depends on how many Californians file. No per-person figure exists yet.
- How to file
- There's a separate filing route for people with no Class Member ID, and there is nothing to upload.
- Deadline
- November 9, 2026
Worth it?DependsNothing to upload and no ID needed, so the effort is tiny, but the amount is genuinely unknown until the claims are counted. Want a sure thing instead? Product Report Card pays a $5 bonus to sign up.
CVS Website and App Privacy
- How much it pays
- Up to $5 with no documents, or up to $10 if you can show proof. One claim per household.
- Realistically
- Both amounts can shrink pro rata after costs, so $5 is a ceiling on an already small payout.
- How to file
- If you never got an email notice, the official site has a separate claim form that needs no Login ID. Proof for the $10 option can be browser history or an online order email.
- Deadline
- November 16, 2026
Worth it?NoFive dollars at best, and it can come in lower, so only file this one if you're already on the site doing others. Our option instead: you can get a $10 bonus on Testerup just for signing up.
ATM Surcharge Fees (Visa and Mastercard)
- How much it pays
- Pro-rata share of what is left of the $167.5 million total settlement fund after fees and costs.
- Realistically
- It's pro rata, so what you get depends on how many people file and no per-person figure exists.
- How to file
- You estimate how many surcharges you paid and sign under penalty of perjury. No documents to file, and the Notice ID field is optional, though the administrator can ask for bank statements later.
- Deadline
- February 10, 2027
Worth it?DependsA $167.5 million fund is big and filing takes minutes, but it's pro rata with no floor, so you can't know your number going in. Want a sure thing instead? SavingLoop has cash bonuses you can claim today.
Raging Waters Ticket Processing Fees
- How much it pays
- Pro rata based on the fees you paid, from what remains of an $850,000 total settlement fund after fees and costs.
- Realistically
- Your share is pro rata, so it rides on how many people file and there's no published per-person amount.
- How to file
- No notice or receipts needed. Pick the option for people who didn't receive a notice and sign under penalty of perjury. Claims get checked against the park's records, so use the contact details you bought with.
- Deadline
- November 24, 2026
Worth it?DependsFast to file with no paperwork, but the fund is small at $850,000 and your share scales with the fees you paid, so the amount is genuinely unknown. Want a sure thing instead? Upside pays cash back on gas and groceries you are buying anyway.
Neutrogena Skin360 Face Scan (Illinois)
- How much it pays
- Pro-rata share of a $4.7 million total settlement fund.
- Realistically
- It's pro rata, so the amount depends on how many people file and there's no per-person figure yet.
- How to file
- Your name, contact details, the dates you used it and the dates you were in Illinois, then you sign under penalty of perjury. The Settlement Claim ID is marked "if available" and the documentation checkbox is optional.
- Deadline
- November 25, 2026
Worth it?DependsIllinois biometric cases can pay well and this one needs no documents up front, but it's pro rata, so you're filing without knowing the number. Want a sure thing instead? Freecash pays a $10 bonus just for signing up.
FinWise Bank Data Breach
- How much it pays
- An equal share of the $2.8 million fund, plus two years of three-bureau credit monitoring.
- Realistically
- You split the fund with everyone else who files, so your share depends on how many people claim and no per-person amount is published.
- How to file
- Check one box for the Cash Fund Payment. No receipts and no documentation. Filing online asks for the Unique ID and PIN from your notice, so if you never got one, use the paper claim form and leave that field blank.
- Deadline
- October 29, 2026
Worth it?DependsOne checkbox plus two years of credit monitoring is barely any work, but you're splitting the fund with every other filer, so the cash side is unknown. Want a sure thing instead? ReferralWallet has cash bonuses that pay up to $75 each.
SitusAMC Data Breach
- How much it pays
- A one-time flat payment the administrator estimates at $75.00.
- Realistically
- The $75.00 is an estimate, not a promise. It can move up or down depending on how many people file.
- How to file
- You elect the flat payment instead of claiming documented losses, and the official FAQ says you don't have to provide any proof or explanation to claim it.
- Deadline
- November 6, 2026
Worth it?YesAn estimated $75.00 with no proof required is strong money for a form that takes a couple of minutes.
OneTouchPoint Data Breach
- How much it pays
- A flat $75 cash payment, plus optional two years of credit monitoring with $1 million in fraud protection. Documented out-of-pocket costs up to $500, proven larger losses up to $5,000, and $25 an hour for up to four hours of your time.
- Realistically
- The $75 is flat, so that's what the no-proof option pays. Keeping records pays more if you have them.
- How to file
- No receipts and no documentation for the flat $75. The online portal asks for the Claim Number and PIN from your postcard, so if you no longer have it, download the paper form, where the Claim Number is marked "if known", and mail or email it in.
- Deadline
- November 16, 2026
Worth it?YesA flat $75 with nothing to prove is worth the paper form, and more if you kept records of real losses.
Finastra Data Breach
- How much it pays
- A pro-rata cash payment.
- Realistically
- It's pro rata, so the amount depends on how many people file. No per-person estimate has been published yet, though the administrator says one will appear on the settlement site when it's available.
- How to file
- No receipts and no documentation. The settlement FAQ confirms you don't have to provide any proof or explanation for the cash payment.
- Deadline
- November 27, 2026
Worth it?DependsNothing to prove and the form is quick, but with no published estimate and a pro-rata split you're filing blind. Want a sure thing instead? Pinecone Research pays a $5 bonus when you join.
Telmate and ViaPath Data Breach
- How much it pays
- Pro rata cash from a $4,225,000 settlement fund, or up to $5,000 in out-of-pocket reimbursement with proof.
- Realistically
- The cash is pro rata, so the amount depends on how many people file and no per-person figure is published.
- How to file
- The pro rata cash payment needs no documentation at all. The out-of-pocket claim up to $5,000 requires records of losses you can trace to the breach.
- Deadline
- December 21, 2026
Worth it?DependsA $4,225,000 fund split roughly 431,031 ways could be small, and since it's pro rata the number isn't knowable yet, but the no-proof claim costs you nothing but minutes. Want a sure thing instead? Product Report Card pays a $5 bonus to sign up.
TRC Staffing Data Breach
- How much it pays
- Alternative Pro Rata Cash Payment of up to $200, or up to $5,000 in documented losses plus four hours of lost time at $20 per hour.
- Realistically
- It's pro rata, so the $200 is a ceiling, not what you should expect. What lands depends on how many people file.
- How to file
- No receipts and no paperwork for the up to $200 option, because the settlement states no documentation is required for it. The documented losses route needs proof of money you actually lost.
- Deadline
- December 22, 2026
Worth it?YesA ceiling of $200 with zero paperwork is a high cap for a few minutes, even though the pro-rata math means you may land under it.

Equinox Data Breach
Did Equinox send you a notice saying your information may have been exposed in its April 29, 2024 data incident? That notice is what puts you in the class, and you can claim an estimated $100 cash payment with no receipts and no documentation, just an election box and a signature. Proof only buys you more, because the documented-loss track pays up to $5,000 but requires a statement or receipt for every charge you claim. Filing online asks for the Notice ID and Confirmation Code printed on your notice, so if you cannot find them, use the mail-in claim form instead, where the Notice ID is marked "if available." Deadline: October 23, 2026.
Claims closed October 23, 2026Lands' End Data Breach
Did Lands' End send you a notice about its December 2024 data incident? You can take a one-time cash payment the settlement site says is expected to be $60.00, and its FAQ states plainly that you do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim it. Receipts only matter if you instead claim documented losses, which reimburses out-of-pocket costs like credit freezes and bank fees. Deadline: October 22, 2026.
Claims closed October 22, 2026VSL#3 Probiotic Health Claims
Did you buy the probiotic VSL#3 in the US between June 1, 2016 and June 19, 2019? You can claim $20 for one bottle or box with no receipt and no claim ID, just by checking Option 3 and certifying that you bought at least one unit. If you kept receipts, or you got a mailed or emailed notice with credentials, you can claim the greater of three units or everything you can document, up to 40 units and $800. Payments can move up or down depending on how many people file, and the court still has to grant final approval at a hearing on January 6, 2027. Deadline: October 20, 2026.
Claims closed October 20, 2026Globe Life and American Income Life Breach
Did Globe Life or American Income Life mail you a notice saying your information was exposed in the October 2024 data incident? If so, you can file with nothing in hand: pick the lost time payment, self-certify the hours you spent dealing with the breach, and get up to four hours at $18 an hour, which is $72, plus two years of credit monitoring that every class member gets automatically. Receipts only matter if you also want the documented loss payment, which reimburses up to $5,000 for things like bank fees, credit freezes and fraud charges. Payments can be cut pro rata if claims exceed the $3.4 million fund, and nothing is paid until the court grants final approval at the December 14, 2026 hearing. Deadline: October 19, 2026.
Claims closed October 19, 2026Flo Period Tracker Privacy
Did you use the Flo period and ovulation tracker app in the US between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019 and enter menstruation or pregnancy information into it? You can file with nothing in hand. The form asks for your name, your address then and now, your contact details, and a signature under penalty of perjury; the Unique ID and PIN fields are marked optional and there is nothing to upload. Your payment is a pro-rata share of a $59.5 million fund, and answering yes to the California residency question gets you a larger share if you lived there during those dates. Deadline: October 15, 2026.

View All SettlementsHow to Maximize Your Payout
Five things actually move the number.
- File early. Some settlements pay first come, first served. The earlier you file, the better your odds of landing at the top of the range.
- Send proof anyway. Proof is not required, but plenty of settlements pay more when you include a receipt or a bank statement. If you have one, use it.
- File for everything you qualify for. There is no cap on how many you can join. Work through the complete list of open settlements.
- Take the enhanced claim. Most of these run two tiers: a basic no-proof claim, and an enhanced one if you have documentation. The enhanced tier usually pays a lot more.
- Pick electronic payment. Some settlements add a bonus when you choose PayPal or Venmo over a mailed check.

Tips for Filing Quickly
These draw a crowd and most funds are capped, so speed matters.
- Keep your details on the clipboard. Name, email, mailing address, phone. Most forms take under two minutes when you are pasting instead of typing.
- Use your real information. Claims get checked against each other. Fake details or duplicate filings get rejected, and can get you flagged for fraud.
- Track your deadlines. The claim tracker keeps every filing date in one place so none of them slip.
- Check back weekly. New settlements open all the time. If you would rather not read the whole list, take the quiz and it matches you in about a minute.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need proof for a class action lawsuit?
Often no. Every settlement listed on this page accepts a claim without a receipt, because the company's own records or the sheer size of the class make documentation impractical. You sign a short statement confirming you qualify. Many of these settlements also offer a larger payment if you do happen to have documentation, so proof is usually optional rather than required. You are signing under penalty of perjury either way, so only claim what is actually true.
Do you actually get money from class action settlements?
Yes, but it takes months. Payments only go out after the court holds a final approval hearing and any appeals finish, which is commonly six months to a year after the claim deadline passes. Flat no-proof payments usually land between $5 and $100. Pro rata settlements divide a fixed fund among everyone who files, so the per-person figure is not known until claims close. Money arrives by check, PayPal, Venmo, virtual prepaid card or direct deposit, depending on the administrator.
Is it legal to file a no-proof claim?
Absolutely. No-proof claims are set up by the court and settlement administrators specifically to make it easier for class members to participate. You're simply signing a declaration that you meet the eligibility criteria. As long as you're being truthful, it's completely legal.
How much do no-proof settlements usually pay?
No-proof claims typically pay between $5 and $200, depending on the settlement. Some larger settlements can pay more. While individual amounts may seem small, filing multiple claims across different settlements can add up to hundreds of dollars over the course of a year.
Can I get in trouble for filing if I'm not sure I qualify?
You should only file if you reasonably believe you're eligible. The claim form includes a declaration under penalty of perjury. If you're genuinely unsure whether you purchased a product or were affected, it's better to skip that particular settlement. There are plenty of others where your eligibility is clear.
Do I need to provide my Social Security number?
Almost never. Legitimate class action claim forms do not ask for your Social Security number. If a claim form requests your SSN, it may be a scam. The only exception is large tax-reportable settlements where the administrator needs it for IRS purposes, and that would be clearly explained in the official settlement documentation.
